DO NOT BE FOOLED LIKE ME BY THESE LIARS. Extremely dissatisfied with this fraudulent product. They claim to be from California which you can see in pictures they clearly are not. They claim their product is 18k gold but as you can see I’m their thin plates the etched letter is tin colored not gold. The monogram is also off center too to bottom and side to side. I read the entire section of refund policy before purchasing but beware at the very bottom of several other FAQ they have an exclusion section so they can hide from these lies. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company. If you complain to them via email they threaten to block you. Also watch our reviews are NOT by VERIFIED BUYERS .
