Jewelry is a precious object and should be cared for as such. To keep your jewelry sparkling and looking like new, we recommend that you use a soft cleaning cloth to remove any fingerprints or oils that may have accumulated from normal wear.

Our jewelry pieces are 100% waterproof and tarnish-free. You can wear it in a shower, beach or even in a gym.

If you don't see a particular design in our catalog, we may be able to create it for you. Please send us a link to the item or order number you are referring to, and our Jewelry design experts will review your request and get back to you.

Handmade items take time to make, but we promise the wait is worth it! We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, most of our items takes up to 3 days to produce but name necklaces can take up to 10 days for us to craft.

Expedited shipping upgrades do not change production time, but instead shorten the delivery time from the date of shipment.

The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on your local postal service, as well as on the efficiency of our packing and dispatch process. Please note that these times are only estimates based on our previous experience of sending to your country.

United Kingdom, Canada & Europe : 5 - 10 business days

Because of factors beyond our control (for example, local delivery problems, customs inspections/delays), your parcel may take longer than expected to arrive. If you have not received your parcel within 30 days of your order dispatch confirmation email, then please contact us through our customer services form and we will refund or replace the order as required. Your parcel is insured!

US & Canada orders we ship now from our Los Angeles, CA studio.

Rest of the world we ship from our studio located in the United Kingdom.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us which includes your package’s tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for our shipping partners to update the tracking number on their end.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or send in a faulty option.

We may ask you to take a photo of the received defective item. 

We stand by our work and quality and care about your satisfaction. However, mistakes do happen and we will take care of you at no cost to you. Our 30-day warranty covers the following:

Manufacturing defects -- broken chain, faulty clasp, etc.

Errors/Item Missing -- stamping errors, wrong size, item missing
